AJ began working with Bez Law Firm as a file clerk in 2009, just a year after Ms. Bez opened her practice. In those early years, AJ supported the firm’s exponential growth through the expansion of systems and processes. While Ms. Bez was figuring out her organizational style, AJ was developing methods of standardization to keep support staff on the same page. Many of the business operations created in the start-up phase are still in place to this day.
Throughout her service to Bez Law Firm, AJ attended college – trying to find her way in a world of opportunities. Her experience with Bez Law Firm exposed her to the inner workings of Business and created a curiosity for Change Management and Organizational Development. Ultimately, AJ obtained both a B.A. and M.A. in Organizational Management.
AJ left Bez Law Firm for a short time to gain exposure to other offices, taking with her all that she learned under the guidance of Ms. Bez. At each new office, AJ contributed firsthand to the modernization of systems and processes. Her focus has been to help attorneys and support staff adapt daily activities to enhance digital workflows; often implementing ideas that mirrored what Bez Law Firm was already doing. Over the years, AJ tried on many roles with a few different offices but eventually AJ returned to Bez Law Firm as a Paralegal.
AJ now works directly with clients, transforming stress into progress. AJ has an empathetic ear and a candid tone that offers relief to clients in taxing situations. With kindness, AJ provides perspective that helps clients find alignment between what the court expects and what their heart needs.
